In Sweden to implement SAP Core functionalities covering all purchase to pay process, accounting & controlling and ensuring compliance and controls are in place. In total 11 legal entities, 19 plants, >200 users in 10 months.
Motivate the business to pro-actively chase change management deliverables and create awareness that there is live after a SAP go-live and the real work only start when all consultants have left. The scope of the project has been 12 legal entities, 22 plants 200 users. The Midsummer project has been awarded SAP GOLD quality award for Nordic countries and Baltic States.
