Transport Sourcing & Management Solution

Define and design integrated solution of SAP and Lean Logistics Transport Sourcing & Management Solution with to objective be able to fully utilise the Lean Logistics of managing and tendering transport based on deliveries and shipments coming from SAP SD and have the costs settled in a compliant and controlled way in SAP by ensuring 3 way matching and correct cost accounting. Solution is a transaction matching machine with thousands of messages being processes flawless daily.

Spain implementation of SAP Core functionalities covering all purchase to pay process, accounting & controlling and ensuring compliance and controls are in place.Motivate the business to pro-actively chase change management deliverables and create awareness that there is live after a SAP go-live and the real work only start when all consultants have left. The scope of the project has been 15 legal entities, >30 plants and >500 users.  Role: Project manager and supporting the business in identifying business process improvement and realised them.

1st SERVE - UK

Implementation (in 2 paper mills) of SAP SCM, SAP ERP and SAP MII to manage the business from shop floor to supply chain in one integrated solution. Connecting to various shop floor systems (e.g. Siemens S7, OsiSoft PI) and customer ERPs. SAP MII provides a direct connection between shop-floor systems and business operations; ensuring all data that affects manufacturing is visible in real time – including information about orders, materials, equipment status, costs, and product quality.

Role: In the role of Solution Architect and Project manager, Harvist was responsible for solution design & coherence, managing project team (50 people) of consultants & key users and ensuring project is delivered in time, budget and requirements.

Installed and advice SAP Super User Community in the area of all modules

Role: Advisor and motivator to focus on business process improvements, create tangible business benefits, e.g. improve OEE by integrated maintenance management, and identifying SAP utilisation per functional area and discipline with KPI’s to measure utilisation based on transactions and metrics.

Implementation of SAP Core in Germany and the Netherlands for 10 legal entities, 16 plants in 10 months.  Role: Project manager and supporting the business in identifying business process improvement and realised them.
